Collin Boltz is a dedicated professional percussionist and timpanist residing in Oak Park, IL. Collin currently serves as Principal Percussion with the Battle Creek Symphony (MI), Principal Timpani with Camerata Chicago and Principal Timpani/Percussion with the Oak Park Chamber Orchestra. Collin also subs regularly with the Chicago Sinfonietta, Chicago Opera Theatre, Elgin Symphony Orchestra, Rockford Symphony Orchestra, Illinois Symphony Orchestra, New Philharmonic, Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra, Illinois Philharmonic, South Bend Symphony Orchestra, and the Louisville Orchestra.
In addition to performing, Collin has been hired for percussion logistics consulting with orchestras such as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
